Trump Ocean Club Invites Media Planners to Panama


PUNTA PACIFICA, PANAMA – January XX, 2012Trump Ocean Club® International Hotel & Tower® Panama is now offering meeting and incentive planners reimbursement on airfare when visiting the property for a site inspection. The luxury resort’s airfare reimbursement program has been put in place to incentivize meeting planners to experience the destination and is available for events booked between now and December 18th, 2012.


“We understand that today’s recessed economy is not only hurting the hospitality business, but meeting planners as well,” said Thierry Baurez, Director of Sales & Marketing.  “We depend on and appreciate meeting and incentive planners and hope the reimbursement will help during these rough times.”


To Qualify for the Airfare Reimbursement:


  • Meeting planners must submit a request for site inspection to Jose M. Barreda, International Sales Manager at now through June 30th, 2012
  • Airfare will be reimbursed upon receipt of a copy of a signed hotel contract for the meeting
  • Airfare reimbursement is for one representative per group contract up to a maximum of $1000
